HMI Missionary Ron Blevins holding one of the orphans
This seven minute video starts in Port-Au-Prince, Haiti less than two months before the devastating earthquake hit. The first 75 seconds shows buildings and life in Port-Au-Prince, ninety percent of these structures have been destroyed along with countless lives. The remainder of the video is of the HMI children in the orphanage at Leogane receiving Teddy Bears made by the first grade class at Naples Christian Academy. The year before a different class at NCA supplied the orphans with bedcovers that they personal made. As you view the video watch for the bedcovers and the smiles. What a blessing!
Thank you NCA, the staff, teachers, and the children for your love and unselfish giving.
All of our children and staff are safe and their orphanage is still standing with little damage.
